3. On this website, you have one option which says "DUPLICATE TRANSCRIPTS/ QUALIFICATION VERIFICATION" go to that link then go to qualification verification or Graduate student link. There you will find the forms and all the charges where you can mention the address where you want to get these transcript. Even you can send your transcript directly to any institute, but you have to pay for the speed post and transcript issuing fees. For foreign registered post, charges are little high.
