How to apply Transcript from Madras University

1. First you need take DD in Favor of ** THE REGISTRAR, UNIVERSITY OF MADRAS*** Payable at Chennai.

2. Once you are done with DD - Take Back to back photos copy of Mark list and convocation Certificate. Go to Madras university - Opposite to Anna Memorial ( As soon as you enter the main entrance - Take the Right gate and go straight - You need to cross two buildings and In front, you will be able to see “ University Students Advisory Bureau(USAB) “ - Go their and present the Mark list photo copy and also A3 Envelope with Original Documents.

3. The Officials will ask you to fill the application form and Get the DD Endorsed. You have to go to the DD Endorsement office and Once you go their, fill the application form along with the DD to the officials - The DD Endorsement office will take the DD and seal the application form with a unique number printed in the application form.. Collect the application form and hand over the ( Mark list + Original Documents + Application form ) to the USAB Officials.

4. You will be provided with a Acknowledgement Slip , Also you will intimated via phone call when the Sealed Transcripts are ready.

5. Also the Original documents will be with the University USAB office till the documents are getting attested.
