How to apply Transcript from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health and Sciences

1. Go to RGUHS website Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences Karnataka and download an application form for receiving official transcripts.

2. Fill the details & mention the transaction reference no. In Challan column mention the transaction reference number. With this application form attach a photo copy of your Final marks card, Convocation certificate, Payment acknowledgement

3. Now go to this link Online Payment Service and select “Student fee collection” in Collection type. Then another option arrives as Student fee collection type, select “Student fee collection Examination” here & click submit.

4. Then the page will direct you to an online form where you need to fill your details. You can select “Credential verification/Official transcripts……” option in type of service. Fill all the required fields click proceed for payment through online. RGUHS is accepting online payments only now a days. (Don't think much whether your money will be paid to RGUHS or not..!) you will get an acknowledgement for your payment.

5. And submit your application at RGUHS, Bangalore by yourself or by any of your friends or relatives.

6. I must warn you, the staff here will make you so irritated. Be patient & get your work done.

7. Finally don't forget to take the university stamp or seal upon the envelope in which your transcript will be kept & given to you. Without seal/stamp it is invalid.
